Facilities Management Projects By Highfield Joinery & Building Services Ltd

 

We have been working at Alstom Power in Derby as their Facilities Management contact for over 5 years.

 

On a weekly basis we deal with any minor repairs including replacing light fittings, PAT testing, painting and decorating, carpet cleaning, environmental waste disposal, health and safety and also oversee the routine maintenance contracts, ie cleaning, air conditioning.

 

We produce a matrix of all these service requirements and monitor them on a day to day basis.

 

During our time here we have overseen the entire office refurbishment and constructed a new archive facility.
